Bear first opened the doors in February 2017 and has grown the shop into a success with his son by his side. Our shop is highly regarded throughout the community because of the quality of the work, products and services we provide, and we never sacrifice the reputation we've built.

Current openings
We don't have specific openings posted right now, but we're always glad to hear from hardworking people who care about doing the job right. Apply below and we'll reach out when a position opens up.
What we offer
- Weekday schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with lunch from 12 to 1.
- Weekly pay: paid every Friday for the previous week.
- Paid holidays: six paid holidays for full-time employees after 90 days: New Year's, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
- Paid vacation: full-time employees earn paid vacation after 1 year: 40 hours, growing to 80 hours at 3 years and 120 hours at 4 years.
- Room to grow: periodic evaluations, with pay increases based on performance.

Good to know
- Full-time positions are usually 35–40 hours a week; part-time is usually 20–35 hours.
- New employees start with a 90-day introductory period.
- A valid driver's license is required to drive company or customer vehicles.
- Steel-toed boots are required in the shop.
- We maintain a drug- and alcohol-free workplace.
